First, locate your target audience.

For example, if you sell a weight loss product, you are likely interested in finding and meeting people who want to lose weight. So find and join weight loss groups on Facebook.

Second, you can do two things:

Either

engage with people to build rapport and ultimately offer them your product if you identify a need

…or by watching and listening to conversations in the groups, you learn what their pain points are and…

two,

use this knowledge in your marketing literature to show that you  have the solution to their specific problem (your product) so they come to you for the solution to their problem.

Do they attend local meetings in your community? Do they join Facebook groups? Are they on discussion forums?

Build relationships.

Share your story.

Share your personal story and the benefits of being a distributor in your network marketing business.

 

Provide value.

Offer valuable information and resources to potential distributors to help them make an informed decision.

 

Make it easy to join.

Have a clear and simple process for people to sign up as distributors.

 

Follow up.

Follow up with potential distributors to answer any questions they may have and provide additional information.

 

Provide training and support.

Once someone joins your team, provide them with the training and support they need to be successful.

 

Create a culture of success.

Create a culture where success is celebrated and where your team members feel supported and encouraged.

 

Leverage social media.

Use social media platforms to connect with potential distributors and share information about your network marketing business.

 

Attend networking events.

Attend networking events in your industry to connect with potential distributors and promote your business.

In my experience, people fail in network marketing because they lack at least one of three things:

  1. They lack a burning desire.
  2. They lack a good network marketing company to work with.
  3. They lack effective network marketing training.

A burning desire is important because it will keep you motivated in the short term and it will keep you inspired in the long term.

A burning desire will stop you from procrastination, it will sharpen your focus and it will keep you plugged-in and consistent with your business.

Many have a desire.  Very few have a burning desire.

A burning desire comes from within. Have you got a desire or have you got a burning desire to succeed with your network marketing business? Only you have the answer.
