How To Use Scripts Effectively To Promote Your Network Marketing Business With Examples
If you are feeling nervous, anxious, tired, exhausted, or simply inexperienced, scripts help you to maintain focus and direction.
Scripts help you to remain on track and in control of the conversation.
Scripts help to set the tone and keep it professional and business-like throughout the conversation.
Always wait for a response before asking the next question.
Not all questions will be appropriate or will be needed in every conversation.
After a while, you will know whether your prospects needs your help or not.
You will soon know whether to offer them your company’s product or service or business opportunity. Or offer them nothing.
A good distributor knows that the secret here is learning to LISTEN to your prospect’s response and responding back to them appropriately. Your job is to HELP them.
If they do not need your help, move on to the next prospect ASAP.
General / Rapport building scripts.
- Hello {insert name here}
- How are you today?
- How is your week going?
- How is your weekend going?
- What do you do for a living?
- Can you tell me a bit about your current situation?
- What you would like to achieve in the future?
- How long have you been doing that for?
- What’s the hardest part of your job?
- Why did you lose your job?
- Why aren’t you working?
- Why did that not work out for you?
- Are you open to looking at something that wold not have those obstacles?
The list above is a long list of example rapport scripts. However, do not spend too long on building rapport.
After a short period of rapport, switch to a business conversation.

Follow Up Script.

- What did you like best?
Closing Script – Customer.
- What product would you like for your first order (product name here) or (2nd product name here)?
Closing script – Distributor
- Based off everything I’ve shown you, I know this would be a great business for you. How about we take 2 minutes and get you signed up right now?
- What questions do you need me to answer before we get you signed up and started today?
- Based on what you’ve told me, I think you have a lot of potential in this business. When would you like to start?
And that’s it!
