Here are the steps required to build your network marketing business with email marketing:

Now before I get into this, know that you will need a MARKETING SYSTEM to do all of your email marketing for you.

I use this system here to do all of my email marketing and you can get the same system for yourself to do your own email marketing too.

I use the marketing system to simply and easily create a lead capture page (sometimes called a Landing Page) which collects email addresses. The marketing system saves the email addresses in a list for me called my contact manger.

‘Leads’ (sometimes called prospects) are simply people who have read my advertisement or seen my Facebook post or seen some promotion of mine and are interested to learn more. The aim is to convert leads into customers or into distributors.

The marketing system periodically sends emails automatically to all my contacts in my contact manager. The emails are pre-written and come with the system so I don’t have to think of what to write.

The emails are important to send because they ‘follow up’ my leads and help me to remain in constant contact with them. This helps me to build a relationship between me and the lead.

People generally take some sort of action such as making a purchase only after a relationship has been built.

The emails have something very important in EACH email called a ‘CALL TO ACTION’. A ‘call to action’ tells the person reading the email to TAKE ACTION and join my business or buy my product. Very important.

Let’s get into it:

Step one. Drive traffic to a ‘Lead Capture Page’.

Traffic means visitors to your website. In this case, your website is your Lead Capture Page, also known as a Landing Page.

Always advertise your lead capture page. NEVER directy advertise your network marketing company product page or business opportunity page.

This means that while you are messaging people on Facebook, after telling them BRIEFLY what your business is, next, offer them more information. If they agree to see more, send them to your lead capture page. Do this by sending them the LINK to your lead capture page.

If you are running a paid advertising campaign, advertise your lead capture page. Not your network marketing company product page or company business opportunity page.

Step two. Use the ‘lead capture page’ to collect email addresses.

Your lead capture page should have 3 basic components.

  1. A headline,
  2. a box to enter prospect’s name and
  3. a box to enter prospect’s email address.

The simpler your lead capture page is, the better. If your lead capture page is too lengthy or requests too much information, your prospect will lose interest and move on.

People are in a rush. They do not like to hang around for long periods filling forms on websites. Catch their interest, collect their email address, let them go.

Here is an example of a good lead capture page.

Step three. Save the email addresses in your contact manager.

Your contact manager is basically a long growing list of all your prospect’s email addresses that you have captured. Once your prospect enters their name and email address into your lead capture page, these details are saved automatically in your contact manager.

Step four. Send your contacts regular emails that contain value.

Your contacts in your contact manager are all interested in network marketing and specifically interested in your company’s products, services or both. Your need to convert your contacts into buying customers or active distributors or both.

Most people need up to SEVEN contacts before they get to know you, like you and trust you. Once they get to know, like and trust you, they will buy from you.

So send them useful, helpful and informative emails. Example emails you can send are emails about how to succeed in network marketing or motivational emails.

If you are in a health, wellness and nutrition network marketing business you can send helpful weight loss, diet or nutrition tips.

With regular emails of value you will build Know, Like and Trust

Step five. How To Build Your Network Marketing Business With Email Marketing. Ask for the sale.

If you use my marketing system, this is done for you already in each email that is sent to your prospect. It is the call to action at the end of each email.
