How to Build a GreatLife Worldwide Business Without Chasing Friends and Family

One of the biggest concerns people have about network marketing is the thought of having to approach everyone they know. How to Build a GreatLife Worldwide Business Without Chasing Friends and Family

Friends.

Family.

Former colleagues.

Neighbours.

People they haven’t spoken to for years.

And then comes the awkward message:

“I’ve started a new business. Would you be interested?”

For some people, that approach may work.

For many others, it feels uncomfortable, repetitive and difficult to sustain.

But here’s the important point:

You don’t have to build a GreatLife Worldwide business by constantly chasing friends and family.

There is another approach.

Instead of starting with a list of people you know, you can learn how to attract people who are already interested in the subjects you’re talking about.

That means learning lead generation.

Why the traditional approach can be difficult

When someone joins a network marketing business, one of the first pieces of advice they often receive is to make a list of everyone they know.

Then contact them.

The problem is obvious.

Your personal network is finite.

You might know 100 people, but that doesn’t mean 100 people are interested in wellness products or building an additional income.

Some won’t be interested.

Some won’t have the time.

Some won’t want to get involved in network marketing.

And some simply won’t want to mix business with their personal relationships.

Even if you successfully find a few people, eventually you can run out of people to contact.

That’s why I believe it’s worth developing a marketing system that can continually introduce you to new prospects.

You don’t need more friends. You need more relevant prospects.

This is an important distinction.

If you’re relying entirely on your personal network, your question becomes:

“Who do I know?”

With lead generation, the question becomes:

“Who is already looking for what I’m talking about?”

That’s a much bigger pool.

Someone might be searching for:

  • ways to build an additional income
  • a home-based business
  • wellness products
  • an alternative to traditional employment
  • network marketing opportunities
  • ways to build an online business
  • ways to generate leads without cold calling
  • ways to build a business alongside a full-time job

You don’t have to persuade everyone.

You need to find the people who are already interested in the underlying problem or goal.

What is lead generation?

Lead generation simply means attracting people who may have an interest in what you offer and giving them an opportunity to find out more.

It could happen through:

  • Google search
  • blog articles
  • YouTube
  • social media
  • email marketing
  • online communities
  • paid advertising
  • referrals

For example, rather than posting:

“Join my GreatLife Worldwide business!”

you could create an article such as:

How to Build an Online Business Without Chasing Friends and Family

Someone searching for that subject may already be interested in finding a different way to build a business.

They discover your article.

They learn something useful.

They become interested in your approach.

And only then do they discover that you are involved with GreatLife Worldwide.

That’s a completely different experience from receiving an unsolicited recruitment message.

Give people a reason to find you

This is one of the biggest changes you can make.

Instead of constantly asking:

“Who can I approach?”

start asking:

“What can I publish that people are already looking for?”

That’s the basis of content marketing.

You create useful information around questions your potential customers or business prospects are asking.

For example:

“How Does GreatLife Worldwide Work?”

could attract someone researching the company.

“How to Build a Network Marketing Business Part-Time”

could attract someone interested in building a business around their existing commitments.

“How to Generate Leads Without Cold Messaging”

could attract someone who dislikes traditional prospecting.

The content doesn’t need to push GreatLife Worldwide aggressively.

Its job is to answer the question.

Your content should come before your pitch

A common mistake is putting the opportunity first.

Someone sees a post.

They click a link.

They’re immediately presented with an opportunity.

There hasn’t been enough time to establish trust.

A better sequence is:

Useful information

↓

Interest

↓

Further information

↓

Trust

↓

Opportunity

That doesn’t mean hiding the fact that you’re involved with GreatLife Worldwide.

Quite the opposite.

Be transparent.

But give people enough information to make an informed decision.

What happens after someone becomes interested?

This is where having a simple system becomes important.

A basic process could look like this:

Content

↓

Traffic

↓

Lead capture

↓

Follow-up

↓

Conversation

↓

GreatLife Worldwide

The first job is to attract attention.

The second is to capture genuine interest.

The third is to follow up.

Only then does the conversation about joining GreatLife Worldwide become relevant.

And not everyone will join.

That’s perfectly normal.

You don’t need hundreds of signups

Another mistake is becoming obsessed with numbers.

You see someone online talking about building a team of hundreds of people and immediately think you need to do the same.

I don’t think that’s the best place to start.

I’d rather focus on finding a few genuinely interested people and developing a process that can be repeated.

For example:

Can you consistently generate leads?

Can you get people to respond?

Can you have meaningful conversations?

Can you explain GreatLife Worldwide clearly?

Can you help a new member understand the process?

Can that member eventually generate their own prospects?

Those questions are far more useful than simply asking how many people you’ve recruited.

Build a system rather than depending on your personality

Some people love networking.

They enjoy meeting strangers.

They have no problem picking up the phone.

They can talk to practically anyone.

That’s great.

But not everybody is like that.

If you are naturally more reserved, you don’t need to become a completely different person.

Online marketing gives you other options.

You can create content.

You can build an email list.

You can make videos.

You can write articles.

You can use search traffic.

You can use paid advertising.

You can develop a process that works around your strengths.

Your personality still matters, but it doesn’t have to do all the heavy lifting.

This is where a system such as PIPS can help

One approach I use is Plug-In Profit Site (PIPS).

PIPS is designed around learning online marketing, generating leads and building an online business using a ready-made framework, training and tools.

The important distinction is that PIPS doesn’t guarantee GreatLife Worldwide signups.

It shouldn’t.

GreatLife Worldwide and PIPS are separate businesses.

The value of PIPS is learning the marketing side of the equation.

How do you attract people?

How do you generate leads?

How do you follow up?

How do you build an online presence?

How do you develop a process rather than relying entirely on personal contacts?

Those are useful skills for anyone building an online business.

You don’t have to chase your friends to build a network

This is probably the biggest mindset shift.

Network marketing doesn’t have to mean:

“Who can I persuade to join?”

It can mean:

“How can I create an environment where interested people can find me?”

That’s attraction rather than interruption.

You create useful information.

You answer questions.

You provide resources.

You build credibility.

People who are interested take the next step.

You then have a conversation.

Some will decide GreatLife Worldwide isn’t for them.

That’s fine.

Others may want to investigate further.

Those are the people you want.

What about friends and family?

There’s nothing wrong with telling people you know about your business.

If a friend or family member genuinely has an interest, you can absolutely explain what you’re doing.

The point is that you shouldn’t have to depend on them.

That’s a very different thing.

Your personal relationships shouldn’t become your entire prospect list.

And you shouldn’t feel that you have to repeatedly approach people who have already said no.

Build a wider source of prospects instead.

What does a simple GreatLife Worldwide system look like?

If I were building a GreatLife Worldwide business from scratch, I’d keep the process relatively simple.

Step 1: Choose who you want to help

You don’t need to market to everybody.

Think about the type of person who could genuinely benefit from what you’re offering.

Step 2: Identify their problems

What are they searching for?

What questions do they have?

What are they struggling with?

Step 3: Create useful content

Write articles.

Make videos.

Create social posts.

Answer questions.

Don’t make every piece of content a sales pitch.

Step 4: Generate traffic

Get people to discover your content through search, social media, YouTube, email or appropriate paid traffic.

Step 5: Capture interest

Give genuinely interested people an obvious next step.

Step 6: Follow up

Don’t expect everyone to make a decision immediately.

Give people time and useful information.

Step 7: Introduce GreatLife Worldwide

When someone wants to know more, explain the products and business opportunity honestly.

Step 8: Teach the process

When someone joins your team, don’t make them completely dependent on you for prospects.

Show them how to develop their own marketing skills.

That’s where duplication starts.

Duplication is more important than simply recruiting

Imagine you personally recruit 20 people.

If all 20 depend on you to find their prospects, you’ve created a problem.

You are now the bottleneck.

A better objective is to teach people how to create their own leads.

You don’t need everyone to market in exactly the same way.

But they should understand the basic process:

Create value → attract people → generate leads → follow up → have conversations → introduce GreatLife Worldwide.

That’s a process that can potentially be taught.

And that’s where the leverage in network marketing can come from.

Don’t duplicate your personality

Your team doesn’t need to become a copy of you.

One person might prefer YouTube.

Another might prefer blogging.

Another might use social media.

Another might prefer email.

Another might use paid advertising.

The important thing is understanding the underlying principles.

Find an audience.

Provide value.

Generate interest.

Follow up.

Build relationships.

Introduce the opportunity when appropriate.

That’s much more useful than simply telling someone:

“Go and message 50 people.”

What if you don’t want to be an influencer?

You don’t need to become one.

You don’t need millions of followers.

You don’t even need to be particularly well known.

You need to get your information in front of the right people.

A well-written article can continue attracting search traffic long after you publish it.

A useful YouTube video can continue being discovered.

An email list can become an asset.

A good lead-generation system can keep working while you’re doing other things.

That’s one of the reasons I prefer the idea of building an online system rather than relying entirely on personal prospecting.

How do you know if your system is working?

Don’t simply count how many people join.

Look at the entire process.

For example:

1,000 visitors

↓

100 leads

↓

30 people engage

↓

10 have conversations

↓

3 become customers or members

Those numbers are purely illustrative, but the principle is important.

If you’re getting visitors but no leads, your lead capture may need work.

If you’re getting leads but nobody responds, your follow-up may need work.

If people engage but don’t join, perhaps your presentation needs improvement.

You can identify the weak point and work on it.

That’s much more productive than simply saying:

“Network marketing doesn’t work.”

A better way to think about building GreatLife Worldwide

Instead of thinking:

“How many people can I recruit?”

think:

“Can I build a repeatable process that attracts interested people?”

Then:

“Can I teach that process to other people?”

That’s the real opportunity.

You’re not trying to become the person who personally finds every prospect.

You’re trying to create a system that can continue generating opportunities.

What I would focus on

If you’re considering building a GreatLife Worldwide business, I’d focus on five things:

1. Learn marketing

Understand traffic, lead generation and follow-up.

2. Create useful content

Give people a reason to discover you.

3. Build an audience

Don’t rely entirely on your existing personal network.

4. Develop a simple process

Know exactly what happens when someone shows interest.

5. Teach duplication

Help your team learn how to generate their own prospects.

That is a much more sustainable approach than endlessly asking friends and family whether they want to join.

Final thoughts

You don’t need to build a GreatLife Worldwide business by making a list of everyone you’ve ever met and trying to persuade them to join.

You can build a wider audience.

You can create useful content.

You can learn lead generation.

You can attract people who are already interested.

You can follow up without pressure.

And, most importantly, you can develop a process that other members of your team can learn.

Don’t make yourself responsible for finding every prospect.

Build a system that helps interested people find you.

Then teach your team how to do the same.

That’s a much more scalable way to think about building a GreatLife Worldwide business.
