How To Position Yourself As A Leader Or Expert In Your Network Marketing Business
When people see your Ad on a website or your post on Facebook, remember that these people do not know you. So they will JUDGE you. You may even be judged by people that already know you.
They judge you based on what they see in your Ad or in your post and based on that judgment, they will decide whether to buy your product, join your business or simple move on without you.
So how can you help them arrive at the correct judgement that will help you, help your product sales and help your network marketing business growth?
It all lies in what you say when you promote yourself.

It all lies in what you say when you promote your business opportunity.
It all lies in what you say when you promote yourself.
Here is an example of what say when you promote yourself. Look at your Facebook profile. Let’s say for example that you own a network marketing health and nutrition business.
Does your self-description in your Facebook profile say: “I own a health and nutrition business” or does it say: “I help people who are struggling to lose weight see results in 60 to 90 days”.
The first one states that you own a health and wellness business. Well, so what? No one cares because lots of people own a health and wellness business. It’s no big deal.
The second example describes the specific problem that your prospect is facing. (This will catch their attention. It’s like you know them already.) And then it states that you have the solution. As a result, they WANT to call you ASAP to find out what this solution is.
Focus on THE PROBLEM first. Then let them know that you have THE SOLUTION they need. You are SEEN as THE EXPERT who has the solution.

If you are posting on Facebook use words like “I help…”
It all lies in what you say when you promote your product.
When you promote your product start with the problem your product solves. Then say I have the solution.
Then invite them to contact you or to buy the product or to click the link or to take whatever action you want them to take.
Here is an example. Let’s say you are in the health and nutrition network marketing business. And your product is a weight loss product.
Never say “Hey. I’ve got the greatest product to help you lose weight.” Start with the problem.
“Struggling to lose any weight whatsoever? Product X has helped hundreds of busy mums and dads see results in as little as 8 to 10 weeks”.
Start with the the specific problem.
It all lies in what you say when you promote your business opportunity.
Don’t promote your business opportunity directly.
Put yourself in your prospects shoes. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM HERE? Might they be short of money? Short of time? Bored with their career?
- State the specific problem they are having. (No money, no time, boredom)
- Then state that you have the solution. (Your network marketing opportunity)
- Then invite them to call you or to click your link or to send you a direct message or whatever call to action you want.
Problem. Solution. Call to action.
Whether you are posting ads, doing Facebook Lives, YouTube videos, messaging people…whatever. Always remember: Problem. Solution. Call to action.
